Mr. Sakai's carefully raised lambs from Hokkaido, Mr. Hirai's joyful mud pigs roaming free in the forest, Shimizu Farm's authentic cheese from the Nagano mountains, and Mr. Fukazawa's original white porcelain artistry from Izu.
