Welcome to はじめ, a members-only restaurant near Akasaka Mitsuke station. To find restaurant, head towards サカタニビル. Look for the entrance next to Doukutsu, where an elevator awaits. As you approach the building, you'll notice the captivating signage adorned with various establishments, except for a single empty sheet on the 4th floor. Take the elevator to the 4th floor, where you will be greeted by a Japanese traditional door, elegantly adorned in pure black. Step through this doorway and immerse yourself in the culinary delights that await you.
