Welcome to "Il Sol Levante," the Italian restaurant that has been delighting taste buds since its opening in July 2006. We take pride in sourcing ingredients from all over Kyushu, including Fukuoka, to ensure the freshest and finest quality for our dishes. Our menu is carefully crafted around the essence of Italian cuisine, with a focus on using premium Italian oil and mozzarella cheese. One of our highlights is our authentic Neapolitan-style pizza, baked in a traditional kiln made from imported bricks, earning us the prestigious certification from the "True Neapolitan Pizza Association" in 2008. In 2017, we underwent a renewal to offer a more accessible dining experience without compromising on taste and quality. Now, as a "trattoria that you can easily enter," we present a wide range of Italian delicacies prepared in our wood-fired oven, including homemade pasta featuring local meat and fish. Our menu has been further enhanced with an array of enticing single-item options.
